STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA -- Carteret County --Court of Equity, Fall Term, 1859
ROBERT HASTEY and ELIZABETH, his wife, WILLIAM L. TURNER and LOVEY, his wife,
DELANEY HARPER, COLLIN S. HARPER, WILLIAM Y. HARPER, AVIS H. HARPER, WILLIAM
HASTEY, JR., JOHN BE. HASTEY, JULIA ANN HASTEY, JAMES Q. WILLS and ELIZA A.,
his wife; ELIZABETH HASTEY, MARTIN HASTEY, MARY JANE HASTEY and SARAH HASTEY,
the five last named infants, by their next best friend, WILLIAM HASTEY, SR.,
who sue in behalf of themselves and all others who claim to be next of kin of
WILLIAM HARPER, dec'd. Vs. JOHN W. PELLETLER, Adm're of WILLIAM HARPER,
deceased.
In this case it is referred by the Court to the Clerk & Master to ascertain
and report to the next Term of this Court who are the next of kin of WILLIAM
HARPER, dec'd, late of Cartaret County, N. C. and it is further ordered by
the Court that publication be made for three months consequtively in the N. C.
Standard, a newspaper published at Raleighm, and in the town of Beaufort,
directing all persons who claim to be the next of kin to said WILLIAM HARPER,
deceased, to come in and make their claims before the Clerk and Master of this
Court, at his office in the town of Beaufort, by the May Term, A.D., 1860 by
this Court.
